Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy for Vendors:
Currently shipment is available in Pakistan only
Price can be change as per size / weight and area
We ship order as soon as possible, but this will not be always the same day as customer’s order, in general please add 2-3 working days to allow for processing time.
Order only ship in week days
Please Note: Business days don’t include weekends or holidays, order placed of Friday after 12PM (Pakistan Standard time) or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Vendors:
Customer have up to 6 days to ask for return
In case of defective / damaged item, vendor will return the same item (Customer will pay for the shipping)
In case of incorrect / incomplete item, vendor will refund back the money to the customer (Vendor will pay for the shipping)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation / Exchange policy For Vendors:
Customer can cancel the order before it is shipped
Exchange on items is not available
Note*: if you are offering service than shipping policies don’t apply to your category. Still, there is a zero-tolerance policy against any scam/fraud. We can block any scam/fraud account if we receive any complaint!
