We ship orders as soon as possible, but this will not be always the same day as the customer’s order, in general, please add 2-3 working days to allow for processing time.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Vendors:
The customer has up to 6 days to ask for a return
In case of defective/damaged item, the vendor will return the same item (Customer will pay for the shipping)
In case of incorrect/incomplete item, the vendor will refund back the money to the customer (Vendor will pay for the shipping)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation / Exchange policy For Vendors:
Customer can cancel the order before it is shipped
Exchange on items is not available
Note*: if you are offering service than shipping policies don’t apply to your category. Still, there is a zero-tolerance policy against any scam/fraud. We can block any scam/fraud account if we receive any complaint!
