Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy for Vendors:
- Currently, shipment is available in Pakistan only
- Price can be changed as per size/weight and area
- We ship orders as soon as possible, but this will not be always the same day as the customer’s order, in general, please add 2-3 working days to allow for processing time.
- Order only ship in weekdays
Please Note: Business days don’t include weekends or holidays, orders placed on Friday after 12PM (Pakistan Standard time) or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Vendors:
- The customer has up to 6 days to ask for a return
- In case of defective/damaged item, the vendor will return the same item (Customer will pay for the shipping)
- In case of incorrect/incomplete item, the vendor will refund back the money to the customer (Vendor will pay for the shipping)
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation / Exchange policy For Vendors:
- Customer can cancel the order before it is shipped
- Exchange on items is not available
Note*: if you are offering service than shipping policies don’t apply to your category. Still, there is a zero-tolerance policy against any scam/fraud. We can block any scam/fraud account if we receive any complaint!
